Fascial Stretch Therapy
Fascial Stretch Therapy is a pain-free, unique, complete, and complementary system of table-based assisted stretching, focusing on the fascia and joint capsule as the key elements in achieving optimal flexibility, strength, performance, and pain relief. Fascial Stretch Therapy can be one of the quickest, most effective, and most pleasant methods to eliminate pain, restore function, move and feel better in activities of life, fitness, and sports!
Our Fascial Stretch Therapist, Jeffrey Addley, has completed his Advanced Diploma in Massage Therapy at Fleming College in 2014, and continued on to further his education in Strength & Sport Conditioning at Canadore College the following year. His special interest of working with athletes and sport injuries encouraged him to travel to Tralee Ireland to earn his Bachelor of Science (Honours) Degree in Health & Leisure with Massage in 2018.
Jeffrey has worked with various levels of sports as a Registered Massage Therapist and Certified Fascial Stretch Therapist since 2014. His practice is principle based and client-centred, focusing on the promotion of healthy joint motion and structural symmetry throughout the body via Fascial Stretch Therapy and Myofascial Release techniques.

Osteopathy is a science of healing which places an emphasis on the structural and functional integrity of the body. It relies on manual contact for structural diagnosis and treatment. Osteopathy is a client-centered, rather than a disease-centered, form of health care.
Osteopathic practitioners utilize a wide-variety of therapeutic manual techniques dictated by their understanding of osteopathic principles and the structural individuality of each client. Through manual manipulation, osteopathic practitioners are able to influence all areas of the body in order to optimize the body's intrinsic self-healing and self-regulating mechanisms. Osteopathic manipulative treatment is used as a means of facilitating these normal mechanisms by addressing areas of tissue strain, stress or dysfunction that may impede normal neural, vascular, or lymphatic flow.
Our practitioners are all highly-educated in the study of Classical Osteopathy. They provide treatment based on their understanding of Osteopathic principles and not individual techniques. As such, the way in which they assess their patients and integrate patient management, duration, frequency, and choice of technical application, are distinctive aspects of their practice.
