Trying to keep healthy in my 40s has not been kind to my body at times! After trying to cope with recurring neck and shoulder injuries through lots of rest and physio, my trainer referred me to Mitchell at OsteoAlign. Best in town! I walked in with an injured left shoulder; I couldn't move it above my head or do pull-ups. I went to see Mitch, and he helped me with my shoulder. He gave me some tips on how to improve it. Now, my shoulder feels a lot better, it's mobile, and I'm back in training again!

I found out about Osteoalign through a friend while having severe chronic back issues with limited movement & extreme pain. Over a few session Jennifer was able to not only relieve the pain but help me regain normal movement. And in my session today an old injury well over 10 years was corrected. I’ve recently started coming here due to severe sciatica pain. When looking for services such as these I do look at reviews. This place had the best in my opinion for what was in my area. I did not know what to expect since I have never seen an osteopath prior but have heard good things about it. I ended up booking in with Jennifer and she has been amazing. She explains what she is doing and will work with you to find the problem areas. I’ve only been coming here barely a month and wow my body went from barely being able to stand and walk for a few minutes to I’m about 85% back to normal. Not only does Jennifer know what she is doing but she is also nice to chat with. Great bedside manner which is very important. I can’t say enough about the service I have received from Jennifer and the ladies working the desk have always been very nice. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. I’m really happy with the results after having osteopathic treatment for a couple of issues. Matthew is knowledgeable, and practical. I know he will get to the bottom of any issue and turn it around. The entire team are friendly and professional. Richard, their message therapist is also excellent - he has a great approach. After seeing a few message therapists over the years, I’d say that Richard is one of the best in theory and practice. Megan, their nutritionist, is really helpful in designing a plan that matches difficult situations.Love the place and the team! Keep up the great work 👍
